Wax & Wick Candle Bar is a mobile candle-making experience based in Tipp City, Ohio, that brings everything you need to pour your own custom candles right to your location. From birthday parties and bridal showers to corporate team-building and private workshops, we create unforgettable, hands-on experiences centered around scent and creativity.

Each candle lab experience includes:

📍 Where do you offer mobile candle bar services?

We currently serve Tipp City, Ohio and surrounding areas including Beavercreek, Kettering, Centerville, Oakwood, and select parts of the Miami Valley. If you’re outside the area, contact us to see if we can travel to your event.

💵 How much does a mobile candle-making party cost?

We offer three main candle lab packages:

• Signature Candle Lab – $35/person

• Deluxe Pour Lab – $55/person

• Custom or Corporate Events – Custom pricing based on guest count and format
  All pricing includes supplies, setup, and guided facilitation.

🧼 Are your candles safe and non-toxic?

Yes! All of our ingredients are chosen with safety and sustainability in mind. We use:

• 100% soy wax sourced from U.S. farms

• Phthalate-free fragrance oils that follow IFRA standards

• Lead-free cotton wicks

• No paraffin, dyes, or harmful additives

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 How many people can participate in a candle lab?

We accommodate small gatherings of 4–12 people for most private events. For larger groups or corporate candle workshops, we can customize the setup to fit your needs. Please contact us directly to coordinate large parties or pop-ups.

🕰️ How long does each candle-making session take?

Each candle lab lasts about 90 minutes. That includes scent blending, pouring, and some creative time while the candles cool. Candles will be ready to take home at the end of the event or can be picked up later, depending on the curing time and vessel size.

📦 Can I customize my candle labels?

Yes! Each guest will be able to personalize their candle with a custom label, whether it’s a name, event theme, or favorite quote. For branded or corporate events, we also offer custom logo labels and packaging options.

🕯️ Do you sell pre-made candles or offer wholesale?

While our focus is on candle-making experiences, we do offer a small selection of hand-poured soy candles for purchase at events and select wholesale opportunities for local boutiques and retailers. Reach out to learn more!
